1. Terms of Return

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Returns are accepted for the following reasons: incorrect product received, damaged items, or other product issues.

2. Process for Return

• To initiate a return, please email us at info@petitelumiereco.com with your order details and reason for return.
• A return shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
• Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Process for Refund

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus the return fee.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
